1 lb ground beef
1 c rice crispies
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried minced onions
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c bbq sauce
3 tblsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard powder
Add beef, egg, rice crispies, salt, pepper, onion, garlic together.
In another bowl add bbq sauce, brown sugar and dry mustard powder. Mix well.
Add half the bbq sauce mixture into beef mixture.
Shape into 12 balls using a ice cream scoop or by hand. Put meatballs in fridge for 1 hr.
Take them out of the fridge and come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cook meatballs for 14 minutes flipping once.
Put cooked meatballs on a plate and cover with remaining sauce.
